Until CCP starts doling out free ships and mods, PvP players cannot live without PvE players.
you gotta love the arrogant PVPers (I PVP, but without the arrogant attitude) who use childish terms like "carebear" for people who live in high sec and don't PVP. When the game comes back on, the first thing they will do is look to see what war targets are online, and go to a locator agent to find them. WAIT, a LOCATOR AGENT? HOW did you get THAT? Oh wait, at some point YOU MISSIONED. Hypocrites. Keep spouting carebear, you carebear.

the client is 16MB, but the database changes are huge, all the agent info that has to be changed, the player info for NPC standings, the skill removal/addition, the skill point reimbursement...
